Effective date: July 11, 2026

Benjamin Stacker is operated by Keepr Holdings LLC, a California limited liability company. This policy describes what we collect and how we handle it.

What we collect

Account information: your email address and a password hash. Financial data: account balances, transactions, payees, and amounts, retrieved through SimpleFin using read-only tokens. Messages you send us, including anything you send the Telegram bot or submit through the contact form. Basic server logs.

How we use it

We use your data to provide the service: syncing accounts, categorizing transactions, running budget math, and sending notifications. Transaction descriptions, amounts, and the questions you ask are sent to Anthropic's Claude API so it can categorize transactions and answer you. Anthropic does not train on this API data, under their commercial terms. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell or rent it, ever.

Where it lives

Data is encrypted in transit over TLS. It is stored in Turso, a hosted SQLite service, in the United States. Each customer's financial data lives in a separate database.

Third parties

We work with a small set of service providers: SimpleFin for bank connectivity, Anthropic for AI processing, Telegram for bot messages if you link your account, Stripe for payments once billing is live, and Google Cloud for hosting.

Your controls

You can export your data anytime by asking. You can delete your account, and your data is removed within 30 days. You can unlink Telegram at any time.

Data retention

Active account data is retained for as long as your account is open. Deleted accounts are purged within 30 days. Server logs are kept for 90 days.

Children

Benjamin Stacker is not intended for anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you by email or in-app notice of material changes.
